We offer flat-rate packages for standard homes and hourly pricing for custom jobs. After a quick assessment over the phone or via photos, we confirm a written estimate before booking.

What is your availability?

Same-week slots in most cities across Canada.
We operate 7 days a week from 8:00–20:00 local time. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Certified eco-friendly, non-toxic, fragrance-light options available.
Yes. We use Health Canada–approved products and can clean 100% with plant-based solutions upon request.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Report issues within 48 hours for a free re-clean.
If we miss anything, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.

How do I pay?

We accept major cards and contactless payments.
Payment is captured after service. We support Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Interac e-Transfer for some regions.

Do you do move-in/move-out cleanings?

Yes, with deep cleaning checklists and add-ons.
We include inside cabinets, baseboards, and appliances. Add-ons like inside oven/fridge are available.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — HEPA vacuums and microfiber systems.
We arrive fully equipped. If you prefer your own supplies for sensitivities, we’re happy to use them.

What about pets?

We’re pet-friendly and trained for safe interaction.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes — full liability and WSIB coverage.
We’re fully insured and bonded. Certificates are available upon request for property managers and offices.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Free up to 24 hours. Late changes may incur a fee.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, a small fee may apply.
